Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Provide support for computers, printers, networks, and applications
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Manage helpdesk tickets and user accounts/access
Monitor system performance and ensure business continuity
Generate reports on support tickets and recurring issues
Experience & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years of IT support/helpdesk experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of hardware, software, and networks
Familiarity with ticketing systems
