Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Graduate preferred
3–7 years of experience in Housekeeping or Facility Management (FM) industry
Requirements:
Relevant experience in Facility Management (FM) industry is mandatory
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards
Experience in supervising housekeeping staff in hotels, hospitals, or FM companies
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage shift schedules and team performance
