Job Title: QC Inspector Civil – Oil & Gas / Industrial Construction (Senior Level)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality control inspections for civil and structural construction activities
Monitor construction works including excavation, concrete, steel structures, and paving
Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and project specifications
Inspect materials and construction methods for quality and safety compliance
Supervise testing and inspection of civil construction materials
Coordinate with engineering and construction teams for quality assurance processes
Maintain inspection reports, documentation, and compliance records
Support project audits and quality reviews
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (BE/B.Tech) in Civil, Architectural, or Structural Engineering (mandatory)
8–10 years of experience in quality control and inspection in construction projects
Minimum 2 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial construction
Strong experience in:
Surveying, excavation, and earthworks
Concrete works (in-situ, RMC, precast)
Structural steel works and roofing
Electrical and instrumentation trenching
Asphalt roads and paving
In-depth knowledge of inspection procedures, testing methods, and construction standards
Familiarity with international codes and standards for civil engineering works
Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
Salary: RO 800 – 900
