Key Duties and Responsibilities
Design & Planning:
Designing HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire suppression systems, creating technical drawings, and performing load calculations.
Site Management & Supervision:
Overseeing the installation of mechanical systems, checking for quality, and ensuring work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
Coordination:
Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and electrical teams to integrate mechanical systems into the overall construction project.
Procurement & Resource Management:
Estimating costs, preparing materials, selecting equipment, and managing the procurement process.
Testing & Commissioning:
Testing systems (e.g., HVAC, fire protection) to ensure proper operation, and fixing any faults or design issues.
Documentation:
Reviewing submittals, creating as-built drawings, and preparing daily reports on progress.
Mechanical engineers are essential in construction for ensuring the efficiency and safety of mechanical infrastructure.
Problem Solving:
trouble shouting and resolving technical issues with mechanical system manual
Collaboration with cross functional team:
working with other engineer technician and stick holder to design and implement mechanical systems
Developing and implementing maintenance plans:
Creating and Schedule and procedures for maintaining mechanical systems and equipment
Analyzing data and performance Metrics:
Using data analysis and simulation tools to optimize mechanical system performance
Oversee the work involved in installing these systems.
Perform inspections of the installation.
Analyze problems relating to these mechanical systems.
Qualification
Filipino Nationality -prepared
3 to 5 years Experience in Mechanical Engineer position
transferable Iqama and can join immediately
Saudi Driving lisence is required
