Job Description
About the Role We're looking for a polished and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our VIP operations across Dubai and internationally. This role involves travel to destinations including Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and France, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-end service environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Accompany company VIPs on domestic and international trips, assisting with itinerary planning, scheduling, and on-site coordination
Welcome and greet members and guests, handle check-ins, registration, and guide them to club facilities or event venues
Respond to guest inquiries, needs, or complaints promptly, follow up with relevant departments to ensure a seamless VIP experience
Support club events and large-scale meetings with member services such as dining arrangements, beverage service, and venue coordination
Inspect public areas, leisure facilities, and meeting/banquet venues to ensure cleanliness, safety, and equipment readiness
Collaborate with housekeeping, security, F&B, and entertainment teams to maintain a comfortable and professional club environment
What We're Looking For
Experience in hospitality, private clubs, members' clubs, or related service industries is a plus
Strong customer service mindset, communication skills, and professional etiquette
Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative team player, comfortable working across departments
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Flexible with shift arrangements based on operational needs
