• Experience delivering high-energy group training (HIIT, functional, circuit-based formats)
• Competent in strength & conditioning + body recomposition
• Ability to sell and convert PT
• Confident leading sessions of 8–24 clients
• Strong communication skills (English mandatory)
• High personal brand standards (appearance, energy, professionalism)
• Ability to deliver experience-driven sessions, not just workouts
• Years of experience required: Minimum 3–5 years industry experience (At least 1–2 years in a commercial facility)
• Basic monthly salary range: OMR 475 – 600 (depending on experience and profile)
• Commission model (Please explain the model and average monthly amount):
• PT Conduction Commission
o Conduction sliding scale model (the more sessions you conduct, the more commission you make)
o Up to 40% of conduction session revenue
• Class Performance
o Counted as productivity to enhance sliding scale commission model
• Average Monthly Commission: OMR 250 – 600+ (top performers significantly higher)
• Bonuses (Annual/Quarterly): Company discretion
