Job Location : Kuwait
Job Description :
• Manage and organize office files, records, and documentation.
• Manage and handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Prepare reports and letters, both internally and externally, as required, while meeting set deadlines.
• Receive and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Maintain confidentiality of information at all times.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
• Perform daily administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
• Strong Arabic and English linguistic and written skills.
• Legal and Kuwait Labor Law proficiency.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of secretarial work, or similar experience.
