Requirements
3+ years of experience in financial accounting or financial management, with team leadership experience
Familiar with international and Chinese accounting standards; experience in multinational or Chinese companies is a plus
Proficient in Excel and financial software, with strong financial analysis and risk management skills
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive business growth
Responsibilities
Oversee the company's overall financial management; lead and guide the accounting team in day-to-day operations and financial reporting
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control; regularly analyze budget performance and recommend improvements
Establish and enhance internal financial controls to ensure compliance, security, and efficiency
Provide financial analysis to support business decisions, including investment analysis, cash flow planning, and risk assessment
Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax authorities, and banks to ensure smooth coordination
Continuously optimize financial processes and systems to improve overall finance function and team effectiveness
