Job Vacancy – Mechanical Site Engineer (HVAC & Fire)
Filed: Construction Projects (Industrial – Commercial – Residential)
Experience Required:
5–7 years (Construction field experience is a must)
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day project execution
• Prepare material take-offs
• Prepare Quantity Survey reports
• Develop shop drawings
• Prepare and submit material submittals
• Prepare periodic reports (daily / weekly / monthly)
• Oversee project handover (testing, commissioning, and startup)
• Prepare as-built drawings
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
Additional Requirements:
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Transferable Iqama (for non-Saudis)
• Strong commitment and professionalism
• Ability to join within a maximum of one month
