Boutique Fitness Instructor
• Nationality preferences: Eastern European, European, UK, South American, Asian, Australian, American (Non-Arab)
• Preferred age range: 23 – 35 years old
• Required skill set:
• Certified (REPS L3/4, NASM, ACE or equivalent)
• Experience in boutique fitness concepts (Lagree, Megaformer, Barry’s, rhythm-based training, bootcamp formats)
• Strong coaching presence with premium client handling ability
• Proven ability to deliver high-energy, music-driven group experiences
• Performer mindset – confident, engaging, and able to command a room
• Background in dance, performing arts, theatre, or entertainment (e.g. Broadway-style, stage performance, choreography) preferred
• Exceptional stage presence, voice projection, and mic control
• Strong sense of rhythm, timing, and musicality
• Ability to create atmosphere and emotional engagement, not just deliver workouts
• Confident leading structured group sessions (12–30 clients)
• Competent in strength, conditioning, and performance-based training
• Ability to influence and convert through experience (not hard selling)
• High personal brand standards (appearance, energy, professionalism)
• Strong communication skills (English mandatory)
• Comfortable working in a lights, sound, immersive studio environment
• Ability to deliver experience-driven sessions — blending fitness, performance, and entertainment
• Years of experience required: Minimum 2–5 years industry experience (At least 2 years in a boutique or premium group training environment preferred)
• Basic monthly salary range: OMR 700 – 1000 (depending on experience and profile)
