Job Title: Junior R&D Assistant
Location: Kuwait
Salary: 300-450 KWD
Key responsibilities:
• Execute and prepare formulations with precision
• Prepare lab and pilot batches for testing and production
• Conduct product testing (stability, pH, texture, basic evaluations)
• Perform quality control checks on raw materials and finished products
• Handle documentation and filing (formulas, batch records, compliance files)
• Maintain organized lab records and structured workflows
• Support ongoing product development and improvements
What we’re looking for:
• Background in chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized and comfortable with documentation and QC processes
• Interest in skincare formulation and hands-on lab work
• Ability to follow structured procedures and maintain consistency
