Job Title: Inventory Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise daily inventory operations within the warehouse.
• Ensure stock accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Monitor inbound, outbound, and storage movements in the WMS/ERP system.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Train, guide, and motivate inventory staff to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate closely with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams.
• Prepare inventory reports and performance analysis for management.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of WMS / ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and team management abilities.
• Experience in 3PL / logistics industry is an advantage.
