Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain all electrical systems, cabling, and wiring for projects, factories, stores, greenhouses, and other company facilities
Manage single-phase and three-phase electrical systems
Support production machinery, cold storage systems, and facility infrastructure
Ensure maximum operational efficiency and minimize downtime
Implement preventive maintenance plans and continuous improvement initiatives
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, automation, and PLC-related issues
Handle electrical projects from concept to execution, including design, drawings, and implementation
Read and execute technical drawings accurately
Work across multiple company locations, including factories, farms, and cold storage facilities, as required

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering (Mechatronics preferred)
7–10 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in food manufacturing, agriculture, or industrial production environments
Strong knowledge of machinery, automation systems, and refrigeration systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Good communication skills in English
Must be currently based in Kuwait
Transferable Visa 18 (Ahli) required (Based in Kuwait)
