Job Title: Workshop Supervisor
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or related Engineering field
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in workshop operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role
Experience in automotive, fleet, or industrial workshop environments preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of workshop operations and maintenance processes
Ability to manage technicians, mechanics, and electricians effectively
Good understanding of vehicle or equipment repair procedures
Familiarity with safety standards and workshop best practices
Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills
Good communication and reporting abilities
