Key Responsibilities
Supervise execution of engineering works in accordance with approved drawings and technical standards
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and milestones
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation
Ensure compliance with quality assurance and safety procedures
Support project planning, resource allocation, and execution efficiency
Identify and resolve technical issues on-site in a timely manner
Contribute to continuous improvement in engineering and construction processes
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering discipline
Proven experience in EPC, industrial, or construction projects
Strong understanding of engineering standards, procedures, and safety regulations
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in relevant engineering software tools
Excellent communication and coordination skills
