Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage on-site mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
Ensure execution aligns with approved designs, specifications, and project standards
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project delivery
Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with safety and engineering regulations
Manage site progress reporting and technical documentation
Handle client invoices and verify subcontractor payment submissions
Support design review and resolve technical site execution issues
Ensure timely completion of project milestones within budget and scope
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
5–10 years of experience in mechanical site engineering within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
Solid understanding of site execution and design coordination
Experience handling client invoices and subcontractor payments
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Must be currently based in Egypt and willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia
Available to join immediately or within 1 month notice period
PMP certification is considered a plus
