Key Responsibilities
Design, plan, and oversee engineering projects based on discipline specialization
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and cross-functional engineering teams
Review technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation
Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues efficiently
Contribute to quality assurance and project delivery timelines
Support installation, testing, and commissioning of systems (for Mechanical roles: HVAC, firefighting, plumbing)
Maintain documentation and reports for project tracking and audits
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or related field)
3–7 years of relevant engineering experience
Mandatory accreditation from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
Proven experience in hotel tower or high-rise construction projects
Transferable Iqama (for candidates currently in Saudi Arabia)
Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages
Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
