Job Details :
• Minimum 2 years experience in a senior culinary role within a 4-5-star property
• High-volume kitchen operations experience including standalone businesses British Irish restaurants is a plus
• Exposure to diverse environments such as concerts horse racing events and stadiums
• Strong passion for cooking with fresh seasonal and high-quality ingredients
• Creative approach to menu development and presentation
