Qualifications & Experience:
Higher Secondary School & Equivalent / Diploma in Hospitality preferred
1–3 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel front desk roles
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to handle guest seating and reservations efficiently
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
