Business Development Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities :
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients across various industries.
• Actively generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and attending industry events.
• Develop and implement strategies to approach potential clients and convert them into long-term business partners.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, meetings, and excellent customer service.
• Effectively communicate the company’s offerings, including web solutions, mobile solutions, and e-commerce services, tailored to clients’ needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and business reports.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals that meet both client and company objectives.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and achieve business goals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements :
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in technology solutions or e-commerce services.
• Strong networking skills and ability to establish rapport with clients at all levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Solid understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitors.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
