Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and workflows

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or implementation
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI platform
Expertise in ITSM processes, workflows, and automation
Experience in system integration and platform customization
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
