What You’ll Do
• Coordinate tasks across departments and ensure clear ownership & deadlines
• Track progress and follow up proactively to avoid delays
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
• Attend meetings, capture key points, and distribute action items
• Maintain accurate records and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
What We’re Looking For
• 3-5 years experience in operations/admin/coordination roles
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Experience in a factory or production environment is a plus
