HVAC QA/QC Engineer

Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures in line with ADNOC standards and project specifications
• Prepare, review, and manage QA/QC documentation including ITP (Inspection Test Plans), WIR (Work Inspection Requests), and MIR (Material Inspection Requests)
• Conduct inspections of HVAC systems such as ducting, chilled water (CHW) piping, insulation, and associated equipment
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and clients to ensure compliance and timely inspection approvals
• Monitor installation activities to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and engineering standards
• Identify non-conformities and support corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all QA/QC activities

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in HVAC QA/QC, preferably within oil & gas projects
• Strong knowledge of AD-NOC standards and QA/QC documentation processes
• Hands-on experience with HVAC systems including ducting, CHW piping, insulation, and equipment
• Proven ability to manage inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Good communication and coordination skills
