We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in healthcare hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and allied health staff across hospitals and medical facilities. The role requires excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for healthcare roles (sourcing to onboarding)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and database search
Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and licensing requirements
Conduct interviews and coordinate with clients for further selection processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
Understand client requirements and provide suitable candidate matches
Assist candidates with documentation, licensing (e.g., DHA, HAAD, MOH), and relocation if required
Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker
Achieve monthly/quarterly recruitment targets and KPIs
Stay updated on healthcare hiring trends and regulatory requirements in the UAE
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in healthcare
Familiarity with UAE healthcare licensing authorities (DHA, DOH/HAAD, MOH)
Strong understanding of medical roles and specialties
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in recruitment tools and MS Office
Preferred Skills:

Experience in international healthcare recruitment
