Drive the implementation of The Coca‑Cola Quality System (KORE) and related Safety and Environmental requirements, ensuring products, packages, ingredients, services, and production facilities comply with company standards and local regulations across the geography.

Monitor the effectiveness of Quality, Food Safety, and Safety programs through end‑to‑end system assessments, performance analysis, and site reviews, ensuring corrective actions and continuous improvement plans are developed, implemented, and sustained across bottling plants.

Provide technical QSE expertise to bottling partners, co‑packers, and other stakeholders for new plants, processes, and line investments, leading validation, and authorization of new or modified systems and equipment.

Monitor and support product, package, and operational QSE performance in the market, including quality, food safety, and safety trends, customer feedback, and market surveys, ensuring timely corrective actions with bottlers.

Provide guidance to beverage plants on company sampling, testing, and monitoring requirements (quality, food safety, and environmental where applicable), facilitating coordination with internal and third‑party laboratories.

Support development and deployment of new processes and QSE system applications, identify technical investment needs, and monitor effectiveness to enable new product categories and operational capabilities.

Provide QSE input to Marketing, Commercialization, R&D, and Bottler Operations for new product and package launches, and operational troubleshooting related to product, process, quality, or safety risks.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and instructions required for plants to produce products in compliance with company quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

Conduct regular plant and operational visits to support and monitor QSE system execution, manufacturing processes, and safe work practices, providing integrated technical guidance during implementation.

Support capability building by training frontline leaders on KORE, Quality, Food Safety, Safety fundamentals, laboratory practices, and manufacturing processes.

Support and conduct assessments and audits of fountain customers to evaluate conformance with company standards for beverage quality, food safety, and operational safety.
