Key Responsibilities :
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight‑forwarding and logistics market.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long‑term partnerships.
• Support sales operations by coordinating shipments, documentation, and customer requirements.
• Understand market trends and contribute to strategic sales planning.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients for smooth operations.
• Prepare reports, quotations, and follow‑ups in a timely and accurate manner.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Requirements :
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a professional, client‑facing approach.
• Good understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and target‑oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, especially for the Sales Coordinator side.
• Results‑driven mindset with the ability to handle client needs efficiently.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Education preference: Diploma, degree, or certificate in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
