Technical Skills: Expertise needed in Windows Server (2016-2022), Linux, VMware vSphere/ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Infrastructure Management: Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers, alongside managing virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.Cloud & Networking: Handling cloud workloads across platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and managing core networking services such as DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.Security & Support: Implementing security hardening standards, managing antivirus/EDR deployment, and providing L2/L3 support for infrastructure incidents
Service Levels: Maintaining systems and application availability at ≥ 99.99%.
Incident Management: Reduction in P1/P2 incidents.
Operations: Compliance and Vulnerability management; Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Efficiency: Automation coverage percentage and capacity utilization efficiency.
Compliance: Architecture compliance and delivery timelines.
Soft Skills: Documentation and communication.
