We want a hands-on creator to film, edit, and post daily content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube Shorts.
Your focus is three simple styles:
Calm coffee & product (clean, minimal)
Kitchen & counter action (chef/plating/pour/torch)
Viral dessert moments (big reveal in first 2 seconds)
You will work inside our cafés and kitchen with the Marketing team.
What you will do
Shoot vertical video (9:16) and photos on phone or camera.
Edit quickly on CapCut / Adobe Rush (captions, text, simple cuts).
Post Reels/Stories/TikToks with short, clear captions and a CTA.
Plan a simple weekly content calendar with the team.
Capture key angles: 45° hero, top-down, macro close-ups, wide “place” shot.
Use good light (daylight or small LED) and clear audio (lavalier if needed).
Keep footage and files named and organized in folders.
Get permission when filming guests; follow food safety rules.
Track results (views, watch time, saves, shares) and learn what works.

15–20 Stories (behind-the-scenes, polls, Q&As)
10+ edited photos for feed/library
Share a short performance report each week.
What you bring
1–3 years making short-form video for a brand, café, restaurant, or your own page.
Strong phone filming skills; steady hand; can use tripod or gimbal.
Fast editor on CapCut/Rush (cuts, captions, speed ramps when needed).
Eye for composition, color, and clean backgrounds.
Simple English writing (hooks, on-screen text, CTAs).
Portfolio required: links to IG/TikTok/Drive with vertical videos.
Able to work some early mornings/evenings/weekends to capture service times.
Can travel between our locations. Arabic is a plus.
