Position: Fitness Club Manager

• Strong sales capability (membership + PT upselling)
• Lead conversion & follow-up discipline
• Customer experience & relationship management

• KPI-driven performance management
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic digital/tech literacy (CRM systems, fitness apps, social media)
• Community engagement & local marketing (B2B outreach, partnerships)
Qualifications and certificates:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Sports, or related field)
• Fitness certifications are a plus (not mandatory per JD)
• Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus)
• All other important information:
• Flexible working hours required (including weekends and shifts)
• High emphasis on personality: friendly, outgoing, self-motivated, results-driven
• Role is heavily sales-oriented (core KPI driver)
• Focus on community engagement and brand promotion
• No strict requirement for prior fitness experience, but commercial mindset is critical
Years of experience:
• 3–6 years on similar positions in sales, retail, hospitality, or fitness environment
• Prior team leadership experience preferred
Basic Salary/monthly range: KWD750
Commission model (explained and median amount per month):
• Commission on membership sales (per conversion)
• Bonus on PT package sales (TBC)
• Monthly KPI-based incentives
Typical range: KWD 200 – 500/month (performance-based)
Bonus (annually, quarterly): Quarterly KPI bonus
