Key Responsibilities
Shift Operations Management
Oversee Mega Store operations ensuring smooth fulfilment and dispatch
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and operational standards
Monitor order flow including picking, packing, and dispatch
Act as the main point of contact for operational issues and escalations
Workforce & Shift Planning
Allocate tasks to Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics Associates, and Helpers
Ensure staff attendance as per roster
Monitor team productivity, discipline, and performance
Provide training, coaching, and real-time feedback
Inventory, Fulfilment & Logistics
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and tracking
Monitor picking accuracy, packing quality, and dispatch timelines
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch
Escalate discrepancies and operational issues promptly
Customer Experience & Escalations
Handle customer complaints and order escalations
Ensure quick resolution and proper documentation
Support operations during peak hours and disruptions
Ensure hygiene, audit readiness, and compliance
Qualification & Experience
Education
Diploma or bachelor’s in operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Relevant experience may substitute formal education
