Hiring a highly skilled with proven experience in construction and fit-out projects. The successful candidate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring strong financial control and compliance across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Prepare and present accurate financial reports and statements.
Monitor project costs, cash flow, and profitability for construction and fit-out projects.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and financial standards.
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions.
Coordinate with project managers to track project performance and cost control.
