Construction Project Manager - Real Estate Development
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead residential and commercial development projects across all phases
• Manage project planning, budgets, timelines, and execution
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
• Monitor project risks, progress, and performance while implementing solutions
• Drive design coordination and maintain architectural integrity throughout development
• Prepare and present project updates to senior leadership
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (mandatory)
• Proven experience managing large-scale residential and commercial projects
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities
• Excellent understanding of design, construction, and development processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
