Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage front‑desk operations and welcome visitors professionally.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Handle emails, courier deliveries, and office correspondence.
• Maintain visitor records and keep the reception area organized.
• Assist with administrative and clerical support tasks.
• Coordinate meeting‑room schedules and support office activities when required.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation systems.
• Support internal communication and office coordination activities.
• Ensure professional customer service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements :
• 1–2 years of experience in receptionist or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Arabic‑speaking candidates will be preferred.
• Knowledge of French will be considered an added advantage.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and customer‑service attitude.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
