Hiring a highly skilled and experienced to support, coordinate, and enhance the airport’s security operations and compliance frameworks. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring security performance, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, and maintaining effective coordination across all departments.

The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, a solid understanding of aviation security regulations and procedures, and the ability to support cross-functional teams in maintaining a safe and secure environment in line with international aviation standards. The Security Specialist will contribute to operational excellence by strengthening security controls, monitoring key indicators, and promoting best practices across the organization.

Job role:
Monitor and maintain physical and/or cybersecurity systems
Identify security risks and recommend preventive measures
Investigate security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities
Conduct regular security assessments and audits
Implement and enforce company security policies and procedures
Prepare incident reports and maintain security documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies when required
Respond promptly to emergencies and security alarms
Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations
Provide security awareness training to employees
