Job Position – Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably within retail or F&B
Strong experience in handling rebates, discounts, and promotional schemes
Solid understanding of collections, credit control, and customer account reconciliation
Experience managing high-volume transactions and dealing with retail customers
Good knowledge of UAE market practices and customer behavior
Advanced Excel skills
Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day AR operations efficiently
Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collections
Reconcile customer balances and resolve discrepancies
Manage credit limits, aging reports, and collection follow-ups
Coordinate closely with sales and operations on pricing, discounts, and claims
Support month-end closing activities and reporting
Preferred:
Experience working with ERP systems
Salary : AED 7,000 – 10,000 per month
