Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-presented and customer-oriented Female Customer Service Executive (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth and elegant customer experience in line with our luxury brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients in a professional, warm, and welcoming manner
• Communicate effectively with customers in both Arabic and English
• Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-store
• Schedule and manage bridal appointments and fittings
• Provide detailed information about products, services, and pricing
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment schedules
• Follow up with clients before and after appointments
• Support the sales and styling team to ensure excellent service delivery
• Ensure the boutique is always neat, organized, and presentable
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as required
Qualification & Skills:
• Female candidate only
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or luxury fashion preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable with a polished and professional appearance
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer systems
• Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude
