We are currently seeking an experienced NOC Engineer / Authorities Engineer with strong expertise in UAE building construction projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Obtain all required NOCs from authorities (Municipality, Utilities, Civil Defense, Telecom, etc.)
✔️ Prepare and submit complete documentation, drawings, and application packages
✔️ Ensure compliance with authority regulations and project requirements
✔️ Submit applications via online portals or manual processes
✔️ Follow up daily with authorities for approvals and updates
✔️ Maintain records of submissions, approvals, and expiry dates
✔️ Manage NOC renewals to avoid delays or penalties
✔️ Coordinate with Design, Planning, MEP, and Site teams
✔️ Liaise with consultants and authorities for clarifications and approvals
✔️ Ensure full compliance with submission guidelines
✔️ Manage all NOC timelines, renewals, and compliance matters
🎯 Requirements
✔️ Minimum 5 years UAE experience in Building Construction as NOC / Authorities Engineer
✔️ Strong knowledge of UAE authorities approval processes (Municipality, Civil Defense, Utilities, Telecom, etc.)
✔️ Experience coordinating with consultants, authorities, and project teams
✔️ Excellent documentation, communication, and follow-up skills
✔️ Strong understanding of submission and compliance procedures
Salary Range: AED 7,000 – AED 12,000
