Job role:
Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Ensure guests receive excellent customer service throughout their stay or visit.
Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement improvements where necessary.
Train and supervise guest relations staff.
Maintain records of guest preferences and feedback.
Ensure VIP guests receive personalized services.
Prepare reports on guest feedback and service performance.
Maintain a positive image of the organization at all times.
