Requirements:
6+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, NOC, or Cloud Operations
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (mandatory)
Exposure to AWS or GCP is an advantage (multi-cloud environment preferred)
Strong knowledge of:
Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN)
Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)
Windows/Linux server environments
Experience with cloud monitoring and incident management tools
Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC, or HPSM
Certifications
Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate)
Google Cloud Associate Engineer
ITIL Foundation v4
CCNA (Networking knowledge advantage
Preferred Skills
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC tools
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Experience with Kubernetes or container platforms (Docker, AKS, EKS)
Cloud security knowledge (Defender, IAM, Zero Trust concepts)
