Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage incoming and outgoing project documents while ensuring proper recording, filing, and distribution procedures.
• Maintain well‑organized physical and electronic document control systems for easy retrieval and accessibility.
• Monitor document review, approval workflows, and submission processes in line with company policies and procedures.
• Track document revisions and maintain accurate version control for all project‑related documentation.
• Conduct regular document audits to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
• Identify discrepancies related to document formatting, records, and content accuracy, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, clients, and stakeholders regarding document submissions and updates.
• Support internal departments in ensuring timely review and approval of project documents.
• Provide guidance and support regarding document control systems, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive project information.
• Utilize document management software effectively for tracking and reporting purposes.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in a Document Controller role within fit‑out or finishing contractor companies.
• Good understanding of internal project processes and client documentation requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with purchasing software and procurement‑related procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail with professional work ethics.
• Ability to manage multiple documentation workflows simultaneously.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Candidates must own a car.
