Trade Finance Specialist
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage end‑to‑end trade finance operations, including import and export transactions.
• Prepare, review, and process export documentation in accordance with international trade standards.
• Handle Letters of Credit (LC), bank guarantees, and other related financial instruments.
• Coordinate effectively with banks, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Monitor trade transactions and resolve any discrepancies in documentation or payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation control.
• Support operational efficiency within the trade finance function.
Requirements :
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in trade finance is required.
• Strong hands‑on experience in export documentation and Letters of Credit (mandatory).
• Good understanding of international trade regulations and banking procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities with multiple stakeholders.
