Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
• Manage project valuations, variations, and claims
• Review contracts, payment certificates, and subcontract agreements
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow
• Support tendering and procurement processes
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project requirements
• Coordinate with project, planning, procurement, and finance teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Must have experience working with a main contractor company
• Strong knowledge of commercial, contracts, and cost management processes
• Good communication and negotiation skills
