Job Position – Assistant Sales Engineer

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (mandatory)
1–2 years of relevant sales experience (preferably in building materials or façade industry)
Currently based in the UAE
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus)
UAE Driving License is an advantage
Key Skills & Attributes:
Strong ability to work toward and achieve annual sales targets
Effective client communication and relationship management
Accurate and consistent follow-up with clients and prospects
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
Strong time management and organizational skills
Punctual and reliable in daily responsibilities
Compensation:
Monthly Wage Structure:
30% Basic Salary + 70% Performance-Based Commission
(Earn more through performance-driven incentives)
Salary Range: AED 3,750 – 4,600
(Based on experience and product knowledge)
