Responsibilities
Design engaging digital creatives for marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, Google Ads, landing pages, emailers, etc.)
Develop visually appealing designs that drive lead generation and conversions
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create conversion-focused campaigns
Create banners, brochures, presentations, and ad creatives aligned with brand guidelines
Optimize creatives based on campaign performance and audience engagement
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and digital marketing strategies
Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, active portfolio
Demonstrated success in designing creatives that generate leads and improve conversions
Experience in real estate or other high-value (big-ticket) industries is highly preferred
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and digital marketing creatives is an advantage
Familiarity with latest design technologies, AI tools, and creative automation platforms
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
