Job Description
Ariane Real Estate is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store & Inventory Controller to establish, manage, and control the company’s stores, inventory, materials, assets, and consumables across all company properties, offices, and operational locations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing inventory control systems, monitoring stock movement, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, and ensuring efficient control of company materials and assets.
This role requires strong experience in stores management, inventory control, procurement coordination, and ERP systems, preferably within the real estate, construction, facilities management, or property management sector.
Key Responsibilities
Store & Inventory Management
Establish and organize the company’s stores and inventory management system.
Monitor and control stock levels, material movements, and asset allocation.
Maintain accurate inventory records for all materials, tools, office supplies, maintenance items, and company assets.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory audits.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
Materials & Asset Control
Track issuance and return of materials and equipment.
Maintain records of fixed assets, maintenance tools, and operational equipment.
Coordinate with departments regarding material requests and approvals.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Procurement Coordination
Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for material delivery schedules.
Verify received quantities and quality against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Prepare inventory and stock movement reports for management review.
System & Reporting
Maintain inventory records using ERP systems, Excel, or inventory management software.
Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports.
Ensure proper documentation for all stock transactions.
Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
Compliance & Operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify discrepancies and investigate stock variances.
Support operational departments with timely material availability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in stores management or inventory control.
Experience in real estate, construction, maintenance, or facilities management is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
Ability to work independently and establish organized store procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills.
English proficiency is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
