Senior Accountant
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Manage plant-level accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Perform manufacturing cost analysis, variance analysis, and margin improvement initiatives
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and working capital optimization
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvement initiatives
• Partner with operations and management to improve financial performance
• Support audits, compliance, and IFRS reporting requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Strong background in manufacturing or plant finance
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS, cost accounting, and financial analysis
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Transferable Kuwait residency required
