Junior Accountant / Key Account Executive
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist with daily accounting operations and financial administration tasks.
• Prepare invoices, payment reminders, account statements, and related financial documents.
• Maintain and manage customer accounts with accurate record‑keeping.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support customer requirements and business activities.
• Assist in account reconciliation processes and prepare basic financial reports.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and organisation of accounting records.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding payments, account updates, and financial matters.
• Support internal teams in maintaining smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
Requirements :
• Minimum 1–3 years of UAE experience in accounting, sales coordination, or key account handling.
• Good understanding of invoicing, reconciliations, and accounting procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Preferred Profile :
• Previous experience in logistics, trading, or Free Zone companies will be an advantage.
• Candidates with sales coordination or client servicing experience are preferred.
• Immediate joiners will receive preference during the selection process.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
