Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with strong expertise in managing multi-villa residential construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction projects from planning and execution to handover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
The candidate must possess excellent leadership, coordination, and client management skills with extensive knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authorities, and contracting practices.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of multi-villa construction projects.
Develop project schedules, resource plans, and construction strategies.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure compliance with UAE municipality regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports for management and clients.
Review drawings, BOQs, contracts, and technical specifications.
Resolve technical and operational issues arising during construction.
Oversee procurement activities and material approvals.
Ensure proper manpower allocation and productivity at site.
Manage project documentation, variation orders, and claims.
Lead project handover and close-out processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum 8–15 years of experience in construction contracting companies.
Proven experience handling multiple villa projects in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority approvals.
Experience in managing subcontractors and large site teams.
Proficiency in project management software such as:
Primavera P6
Microsoft Project
AutoCAD
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
