We are seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Officer with proven experience in villa construction projects in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for implementing health, safety, and environmental policies at project sites, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and promoting a strong safety culture among workers and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on villa construction sites.
Conduct daily site safety inspections and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, client requirements, and company standards.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for workers and subcontractors.
Monitor work permits for high-risk activities including excavation, scaffolding, lifting, hot works, and confined spaces.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective action plans.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices at all times.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors regarding safety matters.
Maintain HSE documentation, records, checklists, and inspection reports.
Monitor housekeeping, waste management, and environmental compliance on site.
Support emergency response planning and conduct mock drills.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of UAE construction experience, preferably in villa projects.
NEBOSH IGC certification mandatory.
Knowledge of UAE construction safety regulations and municipality requirements.
Familiarity with risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work systems.
Good communication and reporting skills in English.
UAE driving license is an advantage.


We are looking for an experienced HSE Engineer with strong expertise in villa construction projects across the UAE. The candidate will lead the implementation of health, safety, and environmental management systems and ensure safe execution of all construction activities in compliance with local regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor project HSE plans and procedures.
Review risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and safe work procedures.
Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and compliance evaluations.
Ensure all villa construction activities are carried out safely and in accordance with approved HSE standards.
Coordinate with project management teams, consultants, and client representatives on HSE matters.
Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with preventive actions.
Monitor subcontractor safety performance and compliance.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, municipality regulations, and client safety requirements.
Organize emergency preparedness plans, evacuation drills, and safety campaigns.
Prepare monthly HSE reports, statistics, and performance metrics.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to HSE Officers and site teams.
Promote continual improvement in safety culture and environmental performance.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
Minimum 5–8 years of UAE construction experience with villa/residential projects.
NEBOSH IGC mandatory; additional certifications such as IOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor preferred.
Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and construction practices.
Experience in preparing HSE documentation, audits, and compliance reports.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HSE management systems.
UAE driving license preferred.
