HOTEL MANAGER(BASED IN QATAR)
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel management, or a related field.
• An MBA or relevant master’s degree is a strong advantage.
• Hospitality industry background preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent position.
• Non-negotiable: Proven, successful experience in Qatar or GCC market within the Hotel & Hospitality Industry.
Skills & Competencies:
• Exceptional leadership and outstanding communication.
• Operational skills to ensure the highest possibility of profitability.
• Knowledge of industry standards and guidelines in Qatar.
• In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.
• Strategic thinker creating programs that fulfill Group’s Mission Statement and meet fiscal and qualitative objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Oversee the whole operations of Hotel/Resort and ensure total quality of guest service and hospitality within all departments.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with operations management software.
